For a long time now we've been looking for a chair to replace the one that we had in our living room! Well unfortunately money isn't growing on trees around here so we had be be a little creative! Brett found this chair for free on craigslist and brought it home.....

Um yeah....it was trashed and I hated it! There was NO WAY this chair could ever look good enough to put in our living room...or so I thought. So with Brett's vision and my crafty skills (ha ha hardley) we came out with this....

I love the colors of the chair. So is it easier or harder to reupholster things than you thought. I'll have to start trying that with free furniture, that's great. Your trip looked like fun. I can't believe it was warm enough to go to the beach, your black swimsuit was so cute. Do you mind if I ask where you got it?
