20 Weeks

I'm half way :)  The pregnancy has slowly gotten better.  I was pretty sick up until about 18 weeks and am so glad that phase is over.  We had our ultrasound when we found out we were having a boy and everything looked great.  So remember how I had gained 7 lbs from 8 to 12 weeks?  Well at my 16 week apt I had lost 3 lbs.  I gained 2 lbs from 16 to 20 weeks so it puts me at gaining 6 lbs total so far.  Not too bad :)  I really wish I would have documented or taken pictures of my belly with Hayden so I knew the comparison.  But I'm feeling pretty good and getting more and more excited to meet this little one

 I've been in a rut for a while!  Really up and down emotionally.  No motivation to do simple things like actually blow dry my hair or get out of my pajamas for the day.  It's been super rough.  All of my free time goes to napping while Hayden naps and then at night I'm doing hair...therefore my hair (and everthything else) was SUPER neglected.  I'm talkin 5 MONTHS WITHOUT BEING COLORED!!!! I think that's the longest I've EVER gone, even before I was a hairdresser.  Man I was lookin scary.  But I finally did it, I colored my hair, and suddenly, somehow I was able to pull myself out of this "rut" and am feeling so much better (probably helps that I'm not feeling sick anymore).  Brett and Hayden have been so patient.  We're all so glad I'm feeling much better :)
