29 weeks!

I was doing so good and keeping on top of my pregnancy progress..until now.  I so wish I had written things down while pregnant with Hayden so that I could compare.  I am slacking this time too.

I'm 28 weeks.  Time is moving fast which is both so exciting and totally freaking me out.  I am getting big fast.  I've gained 19 lbs which pretty much has me right on track for what I gained with Hayden.  Not really looking forward to the pregnant face that will appear at any given moment...When you see me (and my pregnant face) just try not to stare at my huge  beautiful nose ok?

 (29 weeks)
I'm feeling ok.  My back is really bugging me.  I need to start seeing a chiropractor badly but am holding out until I can't bare it any more.  Doing hair is getting hard but I'm managing.  I'm really just hoping I can make it as far as I have myself booked out (April 7th).

My emotions are still all over the place and I feel a little out of control which is frustrating.  Thankfully Brett is patient with me and tries to help me in every way that he can.  I don't know why this time has been so much harder (emotionally) than it was with Hayden.  It's not fun for anyone :)

My heartburn is really bad.  It wakes me up at night.  Any advice for me other than Zantac and tums?

I feel like this is all negative..  I really am so excited to hold this little guy.  I pulled out Hayden's baby clothes to see what I have/need and I got really excited.  Although I know the transition will be hard, I know this baby is going to add so much joy to our lives, I can hardly wait.

You look amazing. :) And I just sent you a picture of me at 28 weeks. I couldn't resist the comparison especially since you don't believe I was that huge.

You look like a pregnant supermodel in your picture! Seriously, pregnancy just looks better on people who are a little taller :) I can't believe you are into the third trimester! This pregnancy is flying by for me too. And I am also excited to meet your cute baby...April will be here before you know it!

Carlee, you look awesome!! And let me just tell you that I don't think the transition from one to two kids has been hard at all. I actually like having two kids more than I did just one! I think a lot of it depends on the baby's demeanor and how Hayden handles things. Maybe I am just lucky. :) AND, I had SOOOO many emotional issues while I was pregnant with Abby. I finally talked to my doctor about it (after I had sobbed for 6 hours over nothing) and he gave me an anti-depressant. It helped SOOO much and the rest of the pregnancy was a breeze (emotionally, anyway). If it gets bad, see your doc! That's my two cents. :) Hang in there!

i have to agree with everyone else, you look great! i had heartburn with number 2 and what worked best for me was to eat NOTHING after 6pm (or whenever dinner was). i didn't drink anything either. seemed to keep the heartburn away for the most part (but if i even so much as ate a grape after 6pm, i'd get heartburn) good luck!!
