It's official! Brett has finished his first year of Dental School!! A few days ago was our one year mark that we moved here. It is so crazy to think a year has already passed! So much has taken place and been accomplished. I think we all come out thinking we know what it's going to be like...I'm pretty sure that nothing could have prepared me for this intense year! I'm so proud of Brett. He has worked so hard, and it definitely has paid off for him. I am one lucky girl to be married to a man that is so willing to help! He'll get home from school every day and take Hayden for a little bit to give me a break. Although he has been more than busy he always makes time for us.
Pittsburgh is growing on us and we are really happy here! 3 years to go that we will cherish! I think that everyone should move away from what's comfortable and from family if given the chance. I know that this time of our life will be looked upon as some of our greatest days!

Congrats on a year down!! That IS a momentous occasion :) And I totally agree about moving away from what you 'know'. It is such a growing experiance.
On to your 2nd year! It goes by so quickly. I think these dental school years will be some of my best!
That picture of Hayden is priceless! And I can't believe it has been a year but I look at Hayden and everyone and how they have changed and yes, it is true! Yes, Brett worked really hard and congratulations for his grades and that it's over! See you soon!
