Easter, Brett's Birthday, Mothers Day

I'm super lame and didn't take many pictures for these 3 big days!  Easter was so great this year.  We had a lot of family here for dinner.  Brett's mom, my mom, my sister Robin and some of her family, and Ryan.  It was so great.  We had a big ham dinner and then celebrated Brett's Birthday.  Again...no pictures.  I fail at every holiday for Brett.  He doesn't really want for anything much so it's hard to get him something that I know he'll be really excited about.  He'd love power tools or something....ummm yeah not really in the budget.  This year I really thought his Birthday through.  I wanted to get him something that he'd be really excited about...I did well :)  For about 4 months I started saving all of my cash tips from clients so that Brett wouldn't know about the money.  He looooves to go camping, and well I like it too but with kids it never really sounds fun.  We were at Costco a while back and saw this 10 person tent.  He gave me a million reasons to justify getting it.  It was expensive and I talked him out of it...Well I decided to surprise him with it for his birthday.  I mean we don't really NEED a 10 person tent :) but it sure will make camping a whole lot easier with 2 kids.
I am addicted to Groupon and Living Social and look at the daily deals.  I found a really good deal on a 16x20 canvas and decided to blow up a picture that Brett loves of him and Hayden that I took last fall.  It turned out really good
Mothers Day was extra special this year.  Brett got home from Jamaica the night before and my mom was still in town.  Brett got flowers for both my mom and me and made us a big yummy breakfast.  We also blessed Beckham at church!  He was only 2 1/2 weeks old but because my mom was still in town we decided to do it!  Brett gave him a sweet blessing and it was just the perfect day to do it.  I didn't take any pictures of him in his blessing outfit because it was RIDICULOUSLY HUGE on him that it just looked silly.  So I waited and took some on the Sunday that we would have done it had we waited.  Brett knew I wanted a "mothers necklace" and with a little help got me this one :)
My 2 boys are my peas in a pod and a stamped leaf
with their first initial on it: )

I took a few picutres of Beckham on the day that we would have blessed him had my mom not been in town (June 5th, 8 weeks old)

Me with my boys on Mothers Day.  Unfortunatly you can't see Beckham and I look oh so tired :)
(Beckham was 2.5 weeks old)

I'm so far behind and have so much to post!  We are doing great and adjusting well to the crazy fun that having 2 brings!

I LOVE the blown up canvas! And now you have no excuse- you need 6 more kids to utilize the 10 man tent. :)

I also love the necklace. It is so sweet. I am glad you are adjusting to having two. It always takes a little while when you add another one. You will have it down in no time if you dont already.
